	Nortel New Grad Leadership Participant Comments: Awareness and Impacts
The event was truly a success as not only did the students gain new perspectives to succeed, but so did the Nortel team. After the event, the volunteers were brimming with their personal reflections and how they truly enjoyed the experience to share some of their life events. This also gave the Nortel team a chance to find out a little something about each other that they did not know before.
